=]

well sing to the dawn was fun. i actually was in danger of not going cuz i woke up that morning and fainted in the toilet. somehow managed to persuade my parents to let me to go to sch and for sttd. went late to sch for the first time this year. went back home after sch and came back at 5 30. met j.m.p and roland and we went off to city hall. had dinner at bk. heh i did an 'ajit' there. spilt half my coke on the table, my shoe, the floor and roland's bag. oh well. we then met up with some of the ruggers. followed just, david and wen jie to some bk furthur away just for company. we eventually strolled in at exactly 7 30. was sandwiched between suhas and steph during the production. it was an amusing experience. at any one time either of them would be laughing. the touching songs sung were very amusing too. at the end of those the rg contingent would burst out clapping and cheering while the ri contingent would be sniggering. watching ben twoon during these touching songs was amusing too. he had one earphone in his ear and was rocking his head like he was in a rock concert. very amusing. heh steph, sorry if i got a bit irritating with all those brilliant comments

two days later it was ora. went for the walkajogathon. pretty dunb considering the fact that anyone who bothered to jog attained a top 10 finish. lucky draw was severely biased in rg's favour. only one ri guy got a prize. sigh. the food n fun fair was pretty fun. formed a floorball team with lokesh and vishal. went on an incredible winning streak only to be felled by the rj hockey players. arjun, senthil and ariffin got their hands on supersoakers and got me utterly drenched. i withdrew to the canteen to dry off and hide. got caught by ying sze there who refused to give me change for my $2 and jus gave me $2 worth of cookies. sigh.. i hate doing business with rg ppl. somehow i always get conned. heh. after i finally dried off, i ventured out again and got a full blast of water from harshil. got saoked to the skin again. spent most of the remaining time in the canteen talking to imran. u go imran! heh. went back home at around 1 30.

well nothing really eventful occurring in the past few days. did another stupid thing yesterday though. was so distracted at the mrt station that i went onto the wrong escalator. i wanted to go up and i stepped on the one going down. thankfully i regained my balance in time.

got my mid yr mother tongue o levels in 3 weeks time so i'd probably better go mug now.
ciao =]

well the past few days have been pretty amusing as well as amazing. post-jgs euphoria still hangs in the air. the atmosphere has been absolutely great and for once, i felt like a hero. hope this lingers for as long as possible...

it's been darn right amusing too. the great burette incident on monday probably took the cake. in a boring chemistry lab lesson where mrs kua was busying herself at the front of the class, how could u not expect paranoia. imran, shang and me decided that the distilled water served no real purpose on the bench and tapped it's true potential. Thus began the water wars. shang and me playfully started squirting distilled water at each other and running around the lab at first. imran was dragged into the conflict after slipping an ice cube down my back. the successful ajit-shang tag team combo succeeded in drenching imran but he was on the verge of a retaliatory strike when i attempted to flee his wrath. i hadn't realised that our 'war' had unkowingly caused certain areas of the lab floor to be wet and slippery. thus my lunge for freedom resulted in a slide towards the row of burettes along the wall. bleargh. somehow, i managed to pull out of the slide to prevent a full scale collision with the entire row. however, this effort led to my leg having the lightest of touches on one of the burettes. the damn thing fell and broke. heh so that's how u break a burette while making asprin.

ss/hist today was fun too. my influence on the thinking of others was clearly evident from the quality of jokes brought up today.

mrs neoh: who can tell me what a vocational institute is?
me: a place where u can train ur vocals
mrs neoh: *piercing stare in my direction*
shang: a place where u can't take a vacation [vocation]
mrs neoh: enough with the corny jokes
imran: no but that's wheaty [witty] not corny

we were also critisizing the compulsory flag raising and pledge taking in schools. we were promptly challenged to come up with alternatives to build up national loyalty etc. i suggested that we dance to the tune of the national anthem instead of singing it. many other zany suggestions ensued and for once, no one was asleep.

i think i did ok for chem. mugged quite a bit for this test cuz i needed an insanely high mark to get a distinction for it this term. must move on to sustain my insanely high mark for a math this term and practice like shit now for the test tmr.

i'll be seein ya =]

sorry for not updating over the weekend... my comp got hit bad by a virus.. anyway here i am now to do my 'duty'.. heh..

i'm kind of overwhelmed right now bcs this is the first time i'm seeing my house in daylight on a weekday for about a month n it looks pretty amazing...haha..

well it was an emotional night for us on fri. we had prepped really really hard that week and had to sacrifice all our tests for the finals. at the end, all that hard work paid off though. it was an excellent debate. no one ri speaker was individually outstanding but together as a team, they were absolutely deadly and nobody should blame ac for losing to that team for there are few in the business that could ever rival them. me n terence were soaking in the atmosphere at the sidelines. heh thanks christine for the lollies. i was kinda panicking b4 the debate cause i had nothing to suck or chew and the lolly came along at just the right time.

after the debate, we were all waiting nervously for the results. suhas got best speaker n that was totally unexpected but he deserved it all right. good on ya mate =] . it was the perfect combination eh... suhas first and chere second =p . we then held hands and awaited the final result. ijtp won 3rd place and we realised that holding hands probably did invoke some ancient power. congrats to ijtp.. a remarkable acheivement indeed =] . it was then annouced that we had won and all hell broke loose. the celebrations were incredible [btw the lollie stick was NOT in my mouth when i went up to receive the trophy]. heh i've never been hugged by so many people in one night before. suddenly.. it seemed that all the people who had been screaming and cheering so loudly for ac had shifted over to our side to celebrate with us.. fishy.. we then proceeded to move on to BK to celebrate furthur.

we ran into ac, rg and some ijtp ppl at BK. imran was naming his trophy 'mr stary' [btw congrats for winning that award... no matter how much stick i give u, that was the least that they could give u to award a debater of ur calibre]. frankly i thought that it was a stupid name for a trophy. i named mine 'mr twiddles'. suhas kepy true to his word and did some cool bitchy moves in front of chere [ as tupid thing to do bcs the person who dared him, imran, had left and the only other person who knew about the dare, me, hadn't said anything about it]. we were cajoling auyong into doing some embarrassing dare too after he had finshed flirting with his possy of girls. he rejected the dare sadly. we all left at around closing time.

i'd just like to say my thanks to the following like everyone else has been doing

- suhas, shang, jun yi and terence... u guys are the best teamates one could ever hope to have. i really enjoyed all those fun times we had together as well as all the times we have debated together. we may never be a team together again but i'm sure that we'll never forget this victory. i'll always cherish those moments... [trying not to tear here]

- team 2 for all their support... imran, auyong, zul, navjote and gautam.. thanks for all the support n dun be saddened by ur setback. u ppl are all great debaters.

- all seniors who helped us in one way or another - tim, sheng, yi xun, benuel, jon, preetham, kitson, yi hua... u guys really did an excellent job in helping to bring us to the level we are today. chen seong also deserves special mention for grooming us into the debaters we are today. really aprreciate all the time and effort u spent on us =]

i'd like to thank the teachers at this juncture but i'd probably freak if they ever visited my blog so yea..
i shall also attempt to recreate navjote's feat of putting in a word for each of the ri jgs team members....

suhas, u've been an absolutely great friend and u've helped motivate me to put in my best effort to improve my debating. i still remember that first debate we had together in sec 1. too bad i couldn't manage to progress as far as u have after that debate. ur the best secondary sch debater in s'pore dude.. aim for the worlds.. u can do it..

shang, it's been an incredible joy working with u too. sorry for all those times i've gotten so pissed with u. ur still one of the best friends a guy could hope to have... it's amazing how much u've progressed in such a short while... keep working on ur debating and i'm sure u'll do extremely well in the future.

jun yi, u've also been a great inspiration for me. not only do we work together in debates but for moor house as well. well now that debate season is over, let's focus on bringing moor up to that illustrious first place or at least second. it's been great working with u n suhas in the exco n i sure hope to debate alongside u again soon [in jc perhaps]

imran, u’ve also been one of the greats I’ve worked with in my time here. u haven’t really achieved what u truly deserve but don’t let that set u back. I’m sure u’ll catch up and do a tremendous job in jc. strive hard in ur studies as well n I’m always there to help if u need me k =]

terence and auyong, u ppl have been excellent juniors. i'm sure u'll make an excellent chairman. it's been great debating alongside u in every competition i've been in [from library debates to jgs]. lead them to victory next year. as for young auyong, ur a brilliant young debater but don’t let that get to ur head… continue working hard to achieve the title next year. with so much talent in your batch, I’m sure that u won’t let us down. n also remember to spend more time on ur studies and less time on girls if u want to do well. u go guys!

navjote and zul, the both of u have also been great guys to debate alongside. thanks for all those times u cheered me up zul. dun worry man, there still is some good in the world n I’m sure that u’ll find it very soon. lead hullet to victory =] . as for navjote, I forgive u for all the shit u did to me… u know I dun take anything seriously. keep ur relationship going dude =]

and finally gautam, sorry for all the times I made fun of u. it was all in the name of good humor. I’m glad u’ve toned down as a prefect. keep on striving hard in ur debating.. remember that ur a member of the best speaker club heh.

well I’ve basically covered what I want to say so I shall bid all of u adieu for now. shall be online less often and update less often cause I’m concentrating all my effort on my o levels. heh I must get those 9 A1s.

stay cool n funky =]

Even dumber Bush quotes - this guy rocks
[follow-up to suhas's entry]

"Anyway, I'm so thankful, and so gracious - I'm gracious that my brother Jeb is concerned about the hemisphere as well." -George W. They're very kind of authoritarian regimes. The true threat is whether or not one of these people decide, peak of anger, try to hold us hostage, ourselves; the Israelis, for example, to whom we'll defend, offer our defenses; the South Koreans." -George W. Bush, in a media roundtable discussion, March 13, 2001

"I do think we need for a troop to be able to house his family. This is our first event in this beautiful spot, and it's appropriate we talk about policy that will affect people's lives in a positive way in such a beautiful, beautiful part of our national - really, our national park system, my guess is you would want to call it."-George W. couldn't] redo my 2.4 yesterday. so joy oh joy, i could play soccer. tersely testing my rusty goalie reflexes, i prepared myself. too bad i had such a brilliant defence. they were blocking every single easy save-worthy shot. too bad that they didn't understand the meaning of 'mine'. so it ended up that my genius defence conceded an own goal. in the last few moments of the game, i put my cat-like [heh] reflexes to the test and sprung to palm away just's shot. too bad my palms weren't working as well as my reflexes and the damn ball got deflected in. oh well.

i fucked up 3 tests so far. after going 2 months without anything but a1s, i ended the exceptional run in a spectacular fashion with a 56% for chem, 52% for physics and a 62% for lit. oh well.

motions for finals came out today. sigh.. a final to prep for and an exam to die for. mother tongue mid yr is this sat. i just know i'm gonna screw it up. just hope that i dun screw up the 'o' level paper on 30th may. oh well.

i finally decided to go for sing to the dawn. found out that steph and suhas are in my row with the ruggers in front of us and jun type='text'>

as i sit in front of my com, i think about blogging about suhas and the broken window or the great flower escapade but i realise that navjote has already beaten me to it. so i shall be contented to talk about something totally unrelated to anything whatsoever.

hmm i really wonder about the origin of the word codswallop. as we all know, a cod is a fish. a fish that has caused an incredible amount of damage to the carefree life of a child due to the forced consumption of cod's liver oil. however i'm sure the cod objected more to the creation of the oil. anyway, the basic fact here is that the cod is a fish. not a cow or a gas or an irritating mosquito biting you as you try to update your blog, but a fish.

now as for the word wallop, it usually means the use of physical force upon another via the connection of hand and body part. it is usually a crude term and is thus used by crude people [eg suhas]. wallop rhymes with dollop. it is once again one of the words a child fears most.

now if we put these two words together, we get codswallop. which means crap. rubbish. shit. nonsense. gobbledygook. mumbo jumbo. which is totally unrelated to the above words. so this is one of the great mysteries of life. why does this word have such a meaning. why can't i stop laughing uncontrollably when i hear this word? why is the earth round not flat?

arghh i'm rambling. shall talk about something more down to earth. i completely, absolutely disagree with suhas' view on homosexuality. i don't think that we should dip them in boiling mercury. look at the world today. countless people with countless differences. homosexuality is just one in the plethora of differences which exist within the fabric of humanity today. the first thing everyone thinks when the word homosexual is mentioned is one of two members of the same sex engaging in explicit sexual acts. what everyone fails to realise is that, in fact, it's exactly the same as a normal b-g-r except for the ppl it's between. i scoff at the ignorant and superstitious mindset of ppl today. pls guys, have a heart.

i shall leave u with another brilliant joke.

10 words that should exist but don't

1. AQUADEXTROUS (ak wa deks'trus) adj. Possessing the ability to turn the bathtub tap on and off with your toes.

2. CARPERPETUATION (kar'pur pet u a shun) n. The act, when vacuuming, of running over a string or a piece of lint at least a dozen times, reaching over and picking it up, examining it, then putting it back down to give the vacuum one more chance.

3. DISCONFECT (dis kon fekt') v. To sterilize the piece of confection (lolly) you dropped on the floor by blowing on it, assuming this will somehow 'remove' all the germs.

4. ELBONICS (el bon'iks) n. The actions of two people maneuvering for one armrest in a movie theater.

5. FRUST (frust) n. The small line of debris that refuses to be swept onto the dust pan and keeps backing a person across the room until he finally decides to give up and sweep it under the rug.

6. LACTOMANGULATION (lak' to man gyu lay' shun) n. Manhandling the "open here" spout on a milk container so badly that one has to resort to the 'illegal' side.

7. PEPPIER (peph ee ay') n. The waiter at a fancy restaurant whose sole purpose seems to be walking around asking diners if they want fresh ground pepper.

8. type='text'>

the useless reserve who didn't speak. that's what i'm gonna be remembered as. even if we win jgs. especially if we lose. suhas, shang, jun yi and terence would go down as heroes [and full credit 2 u guys on that; u really really deserve it] but i'm just gonna be remembered as the loser who rode on the coat tails of my superior team members' success. sigh... it's very disappointing and sad.

friday started off pretty hectically. came to school and realised that i had about half a dozen assignments due that i would get zero for if i didn't hand them in on fri itself. i didn't hand them in anyway. sch went ok. got 31/40 for my bio test. pretty disappointing. missed getting 80 for bio this term by one mark. that would have been good especially since i screwed up the physics test on thurs. and the chem test the week before.

anyway after sch, i had to go for mother tongue remidial [bloody hell my mid year is next week and i'm not in any way prepared]. owing to my exceptional luck, it stretched on till about 2:30 and when i returned to my class, i realised that the prelims oral had started. i had mine the day b4 but this meant that i was locked out of my own class with all my stuff inside. too bad. i went to the library with suhas. there we scared the shit out of a bunch of sec 1 librarians when suhas told them that we were surfing undesirable material [which was total bullshit by the way]. broke a few other rules as well. i successfully managed to install msn on a record 6th comp.

i then left to check if the oral exam was over. turned out that it still hadn't. tried to call suhas but couldn't get through. i assumed thathe had done the logical thing and had gone off to take his bath. that was utter wishful thinking. i spent what seemed like an eternity waiting and when he finally came, i found out that he had been playing pong with the cricketeers. i finally managed to collect my stuff as the exam was over. terence had joined us by then. he had taken his bath first and suhas was about to go. then got a call from shang requesting for help to carry resources from boarding. i had to find a pair of white shoes as mine were in my locker and suhas and terence refused to lend me theirs cause it was 'unhygenic'. they also refused to go help so i frantically searched for a pair. finally got a pair from a kind soul and didn't have to end up with the embarressment of walking around the school in short pants and black shoes.

rushed over and had to wait for shang to come down. he finally came down and i helped him carry the box back to the classroom. jun yi had just arrived by then. i was sweaty and tired [probably owing to the fact that i had about 4 hours of sleep the night b4 and had been doing a lot of running around] and i was looking forward to a refreshing bath when we realised that we were horribly late. sigh. changed up and just left pretty disgruntled. took a cab to hougang sec and immedialtely rushed to the toilet to do a rescue job on myself. came out looking decently presentable. motion was released soon after that. the funky fairy tale motion rocked but it was irking that we could not use any of the immense load of resources that we had accumalated.

the debate went well. it was very nerve wrecking, especially over the whole issue of the def challenge. shang pulled off an impressive rescue job [not that jun yi screwed up] and suhas got best speaker. jun yi was good too. won it 3-2. as the competition goes on, the suspense during the adjudicators' speeches gets more and more unbearable. anyway, on to the finals. rock on team!

was celebrating with all the ri guys. sadly ppl asked me why i was celebrating cuz i did nothing for the team. that dampened my spirits but not enough for that night. we trapsied over to hougang fiesta market to have a late dinner and celebrate.

till the finals...
<img width='1' height='1' was of course the national education lunch talk we had. we managed to skip physics so it saved me from having to take a afternoon nap. anyway the talk was on foreign policies. pretty boring but the Q & A session was quite good. the food was extremely delectable. the mushroom sauce for the chicken tasted very good. here's an example of questions raised at the session.

ramana: something about ASEAN and s'pore - malaysia relations

shang: something about anti-terrorism and s'pore's pro-US stance

me: "shang, do u want ur chicken?"

i got shang's chicken. thanks shang!!! ur a real nice guy =] . everyone was trying to get me to break the cherry eating record during dessert but i only managed to get 5 down. never mind.. there's always next time. heh.

anyway gotta lotta stuff to do now so it's adios for now =]

i dunno why some ppl flame others or make them look stupid on their blogs. i think it really reflects their insecurity as they have to put down ppl to actually assure themselves that their not in the 'hot seat' and that it actually makes them look good. destroying the image of someone who hasn't done any harm to anyone just for the sake of making urself look good is utterly sick. i shall stop at this juncture because such acts totally disgust me.

waves and waves of hopelessness just keep coming forth. i've gotten suckerpunched by life so many times now, i just don't know whether to try or not. i've tried so hard time and time again but it's just not enough. i've never been able to succeed. it's very depressing and demoralizing. it gets even worse when nobody appreciates what u do anymore. its been quite a while since anyone bothered to sincerely thank me for anything i've done.
even then, i dunno what keeps me going. what makes me keep on trying with the futile hope that one day i might actually gain something in return or at the very least, be appreciated. if i had quit every single time i'd been suckerpunched, i shudder to think where i'd be now. it's really saddening, this.

at the end of this rat race, i dunno where i'll stand. i dunno if i ever made any difference. it just seems that i'll be another blotch on the sheet of existence. a stain on the tapestry of creation. my life is a mistake. a horrible one at that.

no one gives a fuck. no one would ever understand how it feels. everyone just knows how to critisize. i'll just struggle through on my own. i dun need anybody.

goodbye.

U-14 prep has been going on this week. they've been working quite hard so i really hope they win this damn competition. they've got the potential... they just need the guts to go out there and kick ass. gd luck guys!!!

literature class rocks. when you put me, shang, ramana and imran together, there's bound to be lots of chaos. i dunno why but i can't stop laughing even at the slightest thing. today it was my lame joke [the biscuit one] as well as kumquat. oh yeah.. almost forgot possum. heh i'm really really really lame. and i laugh for no reason at all. that's very scary. too bad my laughter is infectious. too bad for the others that is... heh.

well i'd blog more but i'm feeling pretty dead rite now. my body is Not every one uses this method to stun their victims but be alert.

Step 2] Buy time
Now lash out at your assailant in an annoying way to buy time for youself. This would distract your assailant and give you time to prepare yourself for the next step.

Step 3] Crash down
This step can be quite painful if not done correctly. Thrust your body towards the ground and use your back to cushion your fall. When on the ground, immediately assume a stace such that your back is to the ground and your legs are raised.

Step 4] Defend yourself
Now that you're in a offensive position with your legs ready, hit your assailant full force [preferably in the groin or face]. Doing this a few times would definitely disorientate your assailant and probably put him off trying to give you a wedgie.

so there u have it... heh gd luck

U14 was quite fun. the juniors were drawn against cedar in the first round and were lucky to emerge victorious [started playing snake2 during 3rd prop]. after that was one hour prep for them and time to play cards for us. 4 heart attacks and 3 months of pregnancy later [icy tower rocks], it was time to watch the next debate. we somehow managed to beat mgs with our screwed definitions so all was well [started playing snake2 during reply]. we then went out for lunch. bought the spaghetti from 7-11. spent 10 mins hunting for the microwave after buying it. spent another 5 mins hunting for chopsticks. luckily, with help from kitson and amey, i didn't have to eat cold spaghetti with two straws. returned back to rjc and found out that we were facing rg. imran left so i was the only senior left and i had to debrief them. that meant that i had to listen and was mentally preparing myself for the horror. the debate left a lot to be desired but we still managed to win [started playing snake2 by 3rd opp]. my debrief started with a line that would have made simon cowell proud.

me: "you people are the sorriest bunch of misfits...."
juniors: *looked very depressed and i could see auyong starting to cry*

anyway, at the end of it all, we emerged top seed and are set to face ny this sat. bring on the cards. as i was leaving rjc, a bunch of annoyed rg and mg people noticed me leaving and i remembered that i had the cards with me while i was hanging around with the juniors in the canteen. oh well. at least i stopped them from spending too much time playing cards and thus prevented them from exhaling too much carbon-dioxide when shouting 'heart attack', thus preventing excess greenhouse gases from accumalating in the atmosphere. i have thus inadvertently saved the world from global warming. all in a day's work.

well i got my mid year mother tongue oral tmr [which i'm gonna screw up] and i need the rest so it's adios for now =]

Did you know that five out of three type='text'>

i'm tired. very tired. ok not as bad off as some people but tired nonetheless. so much work to do, so very little time. sigh.
heh this working hard thing is really quite rewarding. i've been working at 70% efficiency and it's been straight a1s so far. surprisingly enough, i grabbed an 81 for maths... thought that i was gonna do badly for sure. as the dream start 2 the term goes on, i should probably hit the chem and bio books this weekend to extend the scoring streak to the tests next week.

team morale has risen greatly as we prepare for our gruelling quarter final fixture on friday. i jus wanna say that no matter wad i say or do, u guys are the greatest team members i could hope to ever have and i really hope that there will be a fairytale ending for this chapter in our lives.

sigh i think i'm gonna get kicked out of 01. they've called me up for a meeting with the gc. they'll want me to stay and just come more often but i'll probably have 2 quit. very saddening. i've spent 3 years with these guys; we've bashed through the dense vegetation in ubin, survived the night with all the horrors of ubin lurking amongst the shrubbery, survived the mudholes of sarimbun during pltc, undergone 'punishment' in that communal sarimbun stinkpit of a toilet, hiked over a hundred klick through the urban jungles of mainland singapore, been through killer gtc pt, put up the brilliant rock band performance and the bhangra during the Channel 01 campfire.... sigh, i'll really miss u guys. to think we'll never ever be able to spend the night in the same classroom telling all those lame jokes, stories and filling condoms [from e survival kit] to make water bombs, again. sigh.

my brilliant streak of luck continues. after getting my first pair of specs utterly destroyed and my second pair bent out of shape, as well as having my shoes getting torn, my handphone is now the latest casualty. there's this funky pattern of black lines on the screen and i can't see the screen. pretty screwed. luckily my warranty isn't up yet. hopefully it isn't my fault and i get the refund. hopefully.

oh well.. gotta do a hell lotta stuff rite now so i guess i'll be seeing ya.

<br dearest --- that I loved the best ---

Are strange --- nay, rather stranger than the rest.

I long for scenes where man has never trod,

A place where woman never smiled or wept;

There to abide with my Creator, God,

And sleep as I in childhood sweetly slept:

Untroubling and untroubled where I lie,

The grass below --- above the vaulted sky.

i love this poem. i hate life.
goodbye.

ri minds carnival was not too bad. spending time playing soccer and clocking up cip hours for it was actually quite rewarding[not that i needed the hours anyway]. seeing the minds kids enjoying themselves was definitely one of the perks. ok lots of depressing moments as well but i dun really want 2 talk about them.

on a lighter note, we won on fri. beat mg 2-1 in a really high quality debate. u guys really rocked. christine got best speaker[full credit 2 u..u did well] but i really felt that shang should have gotten it. it was his best ever performance in my opinion. sigh.. nvr mind. there's always next time. so after the debate, we were all nervously awaiting the release of the quarter finalists. suhas and imran were doing their i-learning homework. shang, jun yi, auyong and me decided to go watch debates. shang and jun yi settled on one debate while auyong and me were hopping from room to room. we finally settled on rg-anglican. auyong entered the room while i watched from outside. soon shang came along and after a while, we decided to return to the canteen. shang calmly opened the door halfway through the rg 3rd speaker's speech and called auyong out. this rather miffed chere and she reminded shang of the correct etiquette during a debate.
after a while, we made our way to the hall to hear the results. suhas told us that he had heard from tim yap that we had been knocked out. about 15 minutes later, it was announced that we had qualified as 3rd seed; the highest among all the schools with 2 wins and a loss. after much shouting, ri team one promptly proceeded to seek out suhas and play 'squash' with him. rgs wanted to do a cheer with us so we politely agreed to and we did a spirit cheer. preetham decided to join us on this one, decked in in blue and white acjc colors. thanks preetham. it was chere's birthday so she wanted us to do a unite cheer with them as well[where was preetham?]. after that, we proceeded downstairs to sing the institution anthem. i was echoing the verses and got a headlock and kick from shang, an elbow to the face and stomach from terence and a punch from gautam. ouch. so onward to the quarters....

well i’ve been doing a lot of thinking and research. there are certainly quite a few ways to commit suicide. i thought that cyanide would be pretty cool but it looks really painful. i'd rather choose something less painful. maybe lethal injection. hanging sounds painful too.
well i've never ever completed i-learning b4 and it looks like i never will in my 4 years but i gotta try to get as close as possible to completing it now. so it's cya for now...
hopefully i'll be around to make another post...

Listening: "More to Life"
Reading: "101 ways to kill yourself"
moor house
whoah jus survived the moor house committee meeting. we're currently second behind hullet due to the track n field slipup. heh bayley's still on a single digit so things are lookin pretty good for us this year. i'm sure we're gonna sweep it next yr but too bad i'm not gonna be there to see the dumbfounded looks on the other house capt's faces as leave them gawking in our wake. well back 2 the point. sigh... trust the sec 4 comm members to come up with a new version of squash; the literal version. thanks guys for proving once and for all why i'm not really on intimate terms with walls. thanks jun yi for taking a picture of us playing 'squash'. i'm sure u can send that pic to the new paper and they'll use it for a follow up on last year's article on the two ajc girls kissing. congrats tubby for managing to lift me then drop me; on my head. ouch. yeah, can't wait till house carnival 2. all geared up for the traditional moor house sports: softball and hockey. the two sports where people are taken randomly off the street and given the thrashing of their lives except for some loser teams which receive the thrashing of their lives from us [i won't mention any names..... sorry can't help it; buckley]. heh.

soccer
wtf chelsea drew with arsenal 1-1 at stamford bridge. useless bunch of idiots. they're just like a child in a candy shop with all the money their spending. they have damien duff on the left and they splash out more money to buy arjen robben. bunch of walking brains. man utd are officially screwed this season. nvr mind, i'm sure ferguson will ring in the changes next season. with the defense made over, a new left or right winger and a creative midfielder, i'm sure they'll do well next season. arsenal are just gonna be one season wonders. anyway, even right now, i can't see them beating real madrid, let alone milan.

to the loser
this is directed 2 the loser who's going around using my name on ppl's blogs. if ur trying to ruin my life, i'm really sorry. someone's already beaten u to it. heh. if ur trying to get me depressed, i'm really sorry. it takes way way more than ruining my image to get me depressed. trust me.

jgs round three
arghhh... been all nerves this week. we have 2 win this and break. we've worked so hard for it and i hope we dun encounter a round 1-chinese high disaster-rerun. but dun worry cuz i have utmost confidence in u guys! hope u recover fully, soon, shang. if u dun, i'll have 2 take ur place and i'm sure that would be a major incentive for u to recover fast. heh. hopefully, i'll be able to sleep tonight as well as tmr night. breaking news... suhas finally emailed me the rebuttal sheet after much disgruntlement. *standing ovation*

all supporters on friday are most welcome. my thanks go out to some of the ruggers for taking time off their hectic schedule to be there to bring the house down. gd luck to all debaters as well.
sigh...gotta complete i-learning now so i guess i'll be seeing y'all tmr

<br
